This past weekend LAUSD had their Round 1 meet, which saw Granada Hills win at around 33k. Grant was 2nd at 30k, followed by Palisades Charter at 27k. Seems like it will be a pretty hard set of tests which is exciting. No news on ECR however. Scores can be found here

Itís worth noting that Franklinís reported scores are extremely wrong, with their actual score most likely being around 30k. Weíre still unsure as to what caused this massive discrepancy, but I imagine we wonít be able to figure it out until someone from LAUSD decides to fill us in.

Round 1 scrimmages started in Nebraska last Saturday. We took art, lit, and math, and on December 1 we will do econ, music, and science. Our scores were fine but not spectacular; my honors are very strong, scholastic fairly solid, and varsity needs some work. The math scores in particular were lower than I expected. On a related note, Nebraska will be using the full 35 question math test this year!

Whoo! At long last! biggrin.gif And don't worry, it's not just your team; the Math tests seem to be a lot harder this year! Good luck in December!
