I've been to many of those schools, but by no means all. I would indeed need your help in that regard! They are a mix of international schools and local schools that often times have very, very little instruction in English.

I wouldn't agree that a team from Indonesia won, despite how fervent that country is for WSC. In the junior division it went to Vietnam, a place that eats up this kind of academic competition. In the seniors it's another story.

Actually, in the senior division, the girls from Nanyang in Singapore ran away with the thing. They were so, so extraordinarily dominant. The kind of win that scoremongers like here would drool over. I mean, like 2000 out of 32. Beast mode.
