I can never remember the vast majority of my dreams. As in, I don't completely lose most dreams, and completely remember a few; but instead, I almost completely lose all of my dreams.

It's kind of perplexing.

Person: "What did you dream last night?"
Me: "Ummm, I'm not sure, but it involved college."
Person: "Oh, you just don't want to share?"
Me: "No, I just can't remember anything else."
Person: "Well, was it a good dream?"
Me: facepalm.gif

Also, iMatt, is the first line of your signature from something significant? Because my ethics textbook seriously had that sentence verbatim. >_>

iirc it's a quote from Serenity/Firefly. Sounds like something Jayne would say.

Close, it's Mal, talking to that one lady who tried to steal the ship/kill them all, before she tried all that, of course.

Knowing that James Fieser quoted Mal makes ethics infinitely better.

I had a dream last night that I was on a plane, and the people sitting next to me were... Lucie and Charles Darnay.
Weird.

I had a dream where I was lying in bed in a house I didn't recognize, and my brother came in and was like "Chloe, you have to come downstairs" and I was like "No, I'm sick" and he's like "What are you talking about it's Thanksgiving" and I'm like "Really? Wait, I'm still sick. Actually, I think I'm high" and he's like "Whatever" and then he left

It was stupid

As requested by Chloe:

It all starts in the caves the Goonies are romping around in, we're exploring and for some reason there's tons of skeletons around, walking. We is "The Gang", basically we're all just mutual best friends, it's p sweet (Previously The Gang of Four, but we let in a fifth so now...). We find the exit or something, and are let out onto Block Island, which I know about only from Chloe, how do I know it's Block Island? There are a bunch of Christopher Walkens standing there, welcoming us to Block Island.

There we find what is basically a battleground, lots of walking skeletons (they're apparently a lot more aggressive on Block Island). I pull out my little pewter keychain/sword from Japan and it turns into a huge sword. We decide we all need swords. A trip is made to a little touristy shop where we purchase various keychain swords which promptly turn into bigger swords.

Then we clear the island of skeletons, I wake up at this point.

I assume we're lauded as heroes.

So I was sitting by a small lake/pond, right? More like a large pool, actually. I was sitting on some rocks/concrete? RIGHT by the water, eating cereal. The cereal box was sitting right next to me. Suddenly, I hear someone shout from behind me, "watch out, there's a shark!!" and I'm like, "sharks don't live in lakes, dummy," and then the person is all, "it's a freshwater shark!!"

At that point, I can see the shark's fins, and he swims RIGHT up next to me. so I move back a little, whatever.

but that mofo shark jumps out of the water

and STEALS my box of cereal

and i'm like

OH NO YOU DIDN'T YOU BASTARD

so i run over to my friend Chris

and i point to a box of eggs

and i'm like, who do these belong to?

and he's like, well, they're Trevor's

so i look at them and then i think... I'll pay him back later

and i start throwing the eggs at the shark

and i'm so angry at this shark

for stealing my cereal

I've had some dreams that I'm not really proud of.

D1: Happened at the start of Summer. Me and the rest of last seasons Chaffey Acadec team were in Sacramento for CAD. I'm in my bed when Michael Andreas (one of my teammates) throws my AcaJacket at me. I get up, and the whole team is at the foot of my bed ready to go down stairs to compete. I stand up (I'm already in pants for some reason, I hate that in dreams.) and I'm just talking with the team, and Mike Rollins says
"Ok, lets go guys. Wil, you have your Calculator?"
I look at him weird and he just repeats
"Wil, you have your calculator?"
I check my jacket pockets, Mike again
"WIL! Your Calculator!"
Check my bag, try to remember back. And there it is in my memory. On my desk, not being tossed into my bag.
I panic. I had forgotten my calculator. I thought I was so screwed.
The dream keeps going until we sit down, I'm in a panic the whole time.

I wake up in a cold sweat with my heart beating at a mile a minute. This has been the freakiest dream I've had in about a year (I guess most of my dreams are mello or I don't remember them).

I also have some questions.

Anyone ever have those dreams where something really good is happening, and it all seems plausible, but you wake up and you really think, "Man, please tell me that was real"?
I had a dream where I opened my wallet and there was just money in there, lots of it. That turned out to be a pretty terrible day.

Also, I hear my alarm clock in my dreams. I'll either hear it as a backround noise and me in my dreams will usually go "What the hell is that?"
or it will be some random guys cell ringing. I think that's strange.

So, for some reason, me and jason statham are chasing a villainous husband and wife combo. We chased them to the edge of an unfinished building, and we think it's over when they suddenly pull out rappelling gear and set it up. Just as we reach them, they go over the edge, except the chick didn't know how to use it and wound up in a mess on the ground. Statham make a witty coment, then we hop on the ropes and keep chasing the dude. After chasing him for a while, we wind up in a cave or mining shaft, full of what were presumably child slave miners. We free them and then go deeper into the cave to see what they were mining, when we come across a room full of gold covered in a thin layer of mud. Me and Statham start sweeping the mud aside and shoveling the gold into our pockets as it fades to black. Next thing I know I'm walking through some downtown area and go into a KFC and order food, after which the cashier asks how many packets of barbeque sauce and honey I want...

Why can't my dreams ever end normally?

I keep having dreams that I don't get my schedule until the first day of school, and I'm all lost and confused and late for every class... the back-to-school dreams are beginning.
